Most tools send everyone to the nearest hospital. NEO also weighs what each choice does to the rest of the city, and shows its reasoning for every score.
The crew opens a link, shares GPS, and the receiving ward watches the ambulance approach with a live ETA. First fix moves the referral to In transfer.
Reservations are guarded in the database. Two coordinators can never be promised the same last bed, and unclaimed holds release themselves.
A signed code confirms admission at the ward. It works once, only for signed-in staff of the receiving hospital.
Every figure shows its age. Stale hospitals are flagged, down-ranked and reviewed by admins, so nobody trusts a number that is hours old.
No patient names. Clinical notes are visible only to the receiving hospital, every view is audited, and notes are purged after 30 days.
Search, send a referral, track it with a reference number. No account needed.
